Clover Francis , Riverhead, NewYork
Author " How I Got Over?"
Her name is Clover Francis. She was born in the Island of Jamaica, West Indies. She is the second child of Donald Francis and Emily Wellington and the mother of one son, Stephen. Minister Francis always had an appreciation for music as a young child. Her passion for singing began to grow when she became a member and joined the choir at The Pentecostal Gospel Temple located at 111Winward Road. Under the leadership of Bishop Carmen Stewart, she became more in tune with her love for singing.

Later, she joined an extension of the church body on the North Coast, under the leadership of the late Bishop Oscar B. O’Hare. It was there where she continued developing her passion for singing. She was vocally inspired by such singers as: Carlene Davis, Marvia Providence, and Pastor Shirley Caesar. She has been blessed to grace the stage with George Banton, Nicole Barnes Brodrick, Minister Jabez, Grace Thrillers, and many more. During her singing ministry, she has traveled in and around the United States as well as Jamaica, and London, England.

Clover was always an individual who was drawn to the elderly. A few years ago, life as Clover knew it would change forever. She stated “I was one week away from being homeless. I knew I had a passion to help others when I was a young girl, but didn't understand the calling God had on my life, until I had this humbling experience myself. The realization of being homeless and in need was mind blowing and hit me like a ton of bricks. Once God brought me through, I knew I needed to do all I could to help others. As her passion grew to be a servant to those who were elderly or less fortunate, she obtained a certificate in food and nutrition and became certified by the New York City Department of Mental Health and Hygiene. She also went further to be licensed as a floor and carpet cleaner and entrepreneur. In 2007, Minister Clover's Healing Waters Ministry became a reality. She was finally able to now feed the hungry hot meals and give out coats to the homeless in the winter. Her ministry has been able to touch the lives of people in her native home of Jamaica and in South Bronx, Manhattan, and several other cities in and around the State of New York.

While working with her ministry, in 2013, she started the 4 Leaf Clover Cleaning Service. Also, that same year, Minister Francis recorded her very first CD project entitled, “Believe” which was recorded by her and her son, Stephen. God has blessed Clover to start writing her own songs whichwill be featured on her next project coming soon. As she strives to do the will of God, she needs your prayers and continued support. She knows that the prayers of the righteous availeth much and she is leaning and trusting in her heavenly Father to do great things in His name and to be a servant to all for the rest of her days.
“Let me touch Jesus so that others may know and be blessed”
The motto Minster Clover Francis lives by.
