This book is to encourage people who have been ridiculed. Those who have ever been in jail or prison, who was told: “you’d never amount to nothing.”
I also felt the need to enlighten people to what god has to say concerning them, to bring to their knowledge the true in the word of god, how it can be manifested and made alive in their everyday lives. There is power in the word of God, and the fact that the truth doesn’t change and is ever lasting. I was motived to with the thought of seeing people help through my testimony and life experiences. And the thought of god being glorified in what looked like a lost soul, a man hurt and ignorant but wanting something better.
Have you ever wondered why you are here?
I thank God for saving my soul from a burning hell. If it was not for the word of God, I would not be in my right mind. Writing this book reminds me of God’s grace and why I should testify. I thank my sister Felicia Henson who has been my prayer partner. She kept me encouraged. I love you, sis.
My mother, Gloria Miller. She was my biggest supporter. I was moving from jail to prison. She stood by me from day one. A mother's love is never forgotten. My had mercy on me no matter what. She made many sacrifices. My mother prayed me through the toughest times. She is an awesome woman of God. Thank you, mother, for always praying for me, you’re my angel.
To my beautiful daughter Avery Jean, who has added substance and reason to my life. It’s because of my daughter, that I view life in a different perspective. With my daughter in my life, it validates my measure of understanding the love of God. My daughter is one of the reasons I stay focused.
